End of summer! A little sad, but also very exciting. We've kept pretty busy since our last update. We did a second photo shoot for Emma on Monday the 12th and took some shots at Max's Baptism the following Sunday. We also did some practice shooting at some of the popular spots around town in preparation for a shoot with Gabby for graduation photos. Here are a few of the shots:
We have great fun together!
While we didn't do a lot of shooting, we were still having fun with photos. Nancy was able to deliver a wedding memory book to Justin and Mackie, and is very close to finishing one for Nick and Katie. CJ finished up a 6-song video for a 50th wedding anniversary that we shot and is starting on another one from a 60th birthday party out at the Barn House in Epworth.
We're using an Expodisc to set white balance for most shoots and getting better with the light meter all the time. CJ has to do some work with the ColorChecker Passport, which should help synch our light meter, cameras, monitors and printers. We've had the Einstein strobes out a few times, but haven't had to really put them to the test yet. So much technology, so little time :-)
Tanner's staying busy editing and is working on a Relay for Life poster for Nancy. Sammy has been getting in on the action, editing books for her mother. We'll get some good cameo shots of the kids in an upcoming blog. We're pretty proud of those rascals!
